Participants share ideas, collaborate on concepts and discuss solutions in a simulated project team context thereby providing a meaningful and engaging learning setting. The supplied training material offers a useful reference source for later customisation and use in the attendee’s workplace
Upon completion you will know fundamental concepts of project management and have a greater understanding of the processes involved in managing a project throughout its lifecycle.
Workshops are delivered on a public scheduled basis, they are to further support the learner in Project Management and provide partial completion of one unit of competency if assessments are completed.
