A program is a set of interrelated projects, each of which has a project manager. Program managers oversee a suite of projects (a program) to achieve organisational objectives. They are responsible for personal and team outcomes.

In this course, participants learn how to use initiative and judgement to direct, plan, and lead a range of program functions. They’ll discover how to use cognitive and communication skills to find, analyse, synthesise and share information from many sources. They’ll also develop their creative and conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives and respond to complex problems.
